Embrace Counseling is an out-of-network provider with all other insurance plans. I can provide a superbill upon request, which you may submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement. Please check with your insurance provider to understand your out-of-network mental health benefits.

Please note that in order to receive a Superbill, a diagnosis is required to be put on file in order for insurance to consider the claim. At our first session we can discuss the diagnostic process and if your specific services meet the criteria for a insurance reimbursable session.
